Kolectiv
Kolectiv are a cutting-edge drum and bass duo hailing from London, known for their dark, experimental sound and meticulous production. Blending elements of tech, minimalism, and soulful textures, Kolectiv craft immersive sonic experiences that balance atmospheric depth with relentless groove.
Since emerging on the scene, they’ve released on respected labels such as Dispatch Recordings, Flexout Audio, and CIA, carving out a distinct space in the underground DnB landscape. Their work has earned support from genre heavyweights like Loxy, DLR, Skeptical, and Noisia, with DJ sets that deliver both cerebral tension and dancefloor energy.
Beyond the studio, Kolectiv are dedicated to pushing the sound forward, both through their finely curated DJ sets and collaborations with like-minded producers. Whether through brooding halftime rhythms, intricate drum work, or weighty basslines, Kolectiv continue to evolve - always grounded in the roots of the UK scene, but never confined by them.
Their debut Metalheadz release, the 'Damocles EP', was a stand out release of 2025, and was then followed up a year later by the 2 part 'Black Light Project'.
