We first introduced Nookie's 'Binary State' alias to HeadzState in 2022, and with two EPs now under his belt we are delighted to present the debut album from this techno-focused project.

Nookie is no stranger to lower tempos having always been inspired by the sounds of techno, specifically those emanating from Detroit in the late 80s and early 90s. It was only a matter of time before he took this passion to a new level in terms of production, something that has kept him thoroughly engaged in the studio in recent years.

Titled 'InterFEARence', the album focuses particularly on percussion, chord progressions and deeper, more intricate elements, smoothly coming together over 12 tight-knit tracks. This is a real journey in terms of a listening experience and one that we're proud to house as the first full length artist album on HeadzState.
